Factory Information: We are a factory with two locations, employing around 500 workers in a total workshop area of 20000m2. With 20 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, we specialize in OEM & ODM services. Our certifications include BSCI and GORETEX's competency certificate for COF & TOF products.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style, while for motorcycle garments, it is 300 pieces per style.
Pricing: To determine the price, we consider factors such as the style of clothes, fabric, accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, and quantity of garments.
Payment Terms: We accept L/C at sight, 30% deposit and 70% payment against copy of B/L, and D/A 30 days and 60 days with a 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Lead Time: Generally, our lead-time is around 16 weeks for non-imported materials, but we can adjust production plans for urgent orders.
Sample Customization: Contact us with your specific requests, including fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, and color. Sending a sample for reference is highly recommended.
Sample Lead Time: Proto samples take 10-15 days, while subsequent samples take around 10 days, depending on quantity and complexity.
Sample Charges: Samples are charged at 2 times the regular price to ensure quality and accuracy.
