Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory. Two factories, around 500 workers, in total 20000m2 workshop; 20 years apparel manufacturing experience, supporting OEM&ODM. We have BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualified to make Gore's COF&TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How to know the price?
Price depends on style of clothes, fabric, accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity, etc.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
Accept L/C at sight and 30% deposit with 70% payment against copy of B/L. Also accept D/A 30 days and 60 days with 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
Generally around 16 weeks if materials are not imported, but can adjust for urgent orders.
Q6: How to customize a sample?
Contact with specific requests like fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, color. Sending a sample first is preferred.
Q7: How long can we receive samples?
Proto sample with substituted materials takes 10-15 days. 2nd and 3rd samples with correct materials take around 10 days.
Q8: How to charge sample?
Sample charge is 2 times regular price to ensure best quality and effect.
