Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory with two factories, around 500 workers, in a total 20000m2 workshop. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience, we support OEM & ODM. We hold a BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualifying us to make Gore's COF & TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How to know the price?
To determine the price, we need information on the style of clothes, fabric and accessories of the garment, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity of garments, etc.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept L/C at sight and 30% deposit with 70% payment against the copy of B/L. We also accept D/A 30 days and 60 days with a 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
Generally, the lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported. We adjust our production plan for urgent orders.
Q6: How to customize a sample?
Contact us with specific requests like fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, color, etc. Sending a sample for reference is recommended.
Q7: How long can we receive samples?
Proto samples take around 10-15 days, while subsequent samples take around 10 days. Lead-time depends on quantity and complexity.
Q8: How to charge a sample?
The sample charge is 2 times the regular price to ensure quality. We have strict control procedures and professional technicians for the best samples.
