For outdoor garments, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How can I determine the price?
Pricing is a major concern for all our customers. To provide an accurate quote, we need to know the following details: garment style, fabric and accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, and quantity. These factors play a crucial role in determining the final price.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
Typically, we accept L/C at sight, with a 30% deposit and 70% payment against a copy of the B/L. Additionally, we offer D/A 30 and 60 days, with customers bearing a 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead time?
Our standard lead-time is approximately 16 weeks, provided materials are not imported. However, we are flexible and can adjust our production schedule to meet urgent customer orders.

Generally, for the prototype sample, we use substitute materials to test the pattern and design, which takes about 10-15 days. For subsequent samples (2nd, 3rd, etc.), we prepare the correct materials in advance to inspect the complete effect. This process takes around 10 days. Please note that sample lead time largely depends on the quantity and complexity of the products.

The sample charge is twice the regular price. Please note, we adhere to strict sample control procedures, with professional technicians and workers ensuring that your samples meet the highest quality standards and desired effects.
