Fuzhou, the bustling capital city of Fujian province in southeast China. Spanning 1500 square meters on the 4th floor, it accommodates our designing, sampling, daily office work, and accounting departments, staffed by an efficient team of 50 professionals.
Established in 2001, Fuzhou David Garments Co., Ltd. has carved a niche in producing premium ski wear, waterproof garments, winter jackets, and motorcycle apparel.
This is our current factory, strategically located in Jiangxi province, central China. It boasts a vast 10,000 square meters space and a dedicated workforce of 500. With a robust monthly production capacity of 60,000 pieces, we proudly supply esteemed brands like BMW, Yamaha, HELD, JOJO MAMAN BEBE, and Kominie for over a decade.
On the right is our expanding industrial campus, which is still under construction. Within two years, our current factory will transition to this new location, offering us more space to significantly enhance our production capacity.

With two factories, around 500 workers, and a combined space of 20,000 square meters,2 workshops, we bring 20 years of apparel manufacturing expertise, supporting OEM and ODM. We hold both BSCI certification and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualifying us to produce Gore's COF and TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, our MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is set at 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How can we know the price?
Price is a major concern for every customer. To determine the price, we need details on the style of clothes, fabric, accessories, printing method, embroidery, patterns, quantity of garments, and other specifics. These factors collectively influence the final price.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
Typically, we accept L/C at sight and a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% payable against the copy of B/L. Additionally, we can accept D/A 30 days and 60 days, though customers need to bear a 1% -2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
Generally, our lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported. However, we can adjust our production schedule to accommodate urgent orders from our customers.
Q6: How to customize a sample ?
Feel free to reach out and share your specific requests with us, including fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, color, etc. For optimal results, it's highly recommended to send us your initial sample. We will tailor our creation to match your provided sample.
Q7: How long will it take to receive samples?
Generally, for the initial proto sample, we use substituted materials to verify the pattern and design, which takes approximately 10-15 days. For subsequent samples (2nd, 3rd, etc.), we prepare the correct materials in advance to ensure a thorough evaluation of the final effect, typically taking about 10 days. Please note, sample lead-time is significantly influenced by the quantity and complexity of the products.
Q8: What are the sample charges?
The sample charge is double the regular price. Please note that we adhere to strict sample control procedures, and our professional technicians and skilled workers ensure your samples are of the highest quality and effect.
