Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory with two factories, around 500 workers, and a total workshop area of 20000m2. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience, we support OEM & ODM. We hold a BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualifying us to produce Gore's COF & TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style, and for motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How do I know the price?
To determine the price, we need information on the style of clothes, fabric and accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity, etc.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept L/C at sight, 30% deposit and 70% payment against copy of B/L. We also accept D/A 30 days and 60 days with 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
Generally, the lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported, but we adjust production for urgent orders.
Q6: How do I customize a sample?
Contact us with specific requests like fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, color, etc. Sending a sample for reference is helpful.
Q7: How long until I receive samples?
Proto samples take 10-15 days with substituted materials. Subsequent samples with correct materials take around 10 days, depending on quantity and complexity.
Q8: How is the sample charged?
Sample charge is 2 times the regular price to ensure quality. We have strict control procedures and professional technicians for the best samples.
