Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with two factories, around 500 workers, in a total 20000m2 workshop. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience, we support OEM & ODM. We hold a BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, making us qualified to produce Gore's COF & TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How to know the price?
A: To determine the price, we need information on the style of clothes, fabric and accessories of the garment, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity of garments, etc.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept L/C at sight and 30% deposit with 70% payment against the copy of B/L. We also accept D/A 30 days and 60 days, with customers bearing 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
A: Generally, the lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported. We adjust our production plan for urgent orders.
Q6: How to customize a sample?
A: Contact us with specific requests like fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, color, etc. Sending a sample for reference is recommended.
Q7: How long can we receive samples?
A: Proto samples take around 10-15 days using substituted materials. Subsequent samples take around 10 days, depending on quantity and complexity.
Q8: How to charge for samples?
A: Sample charge is 2 times the regular price to ensure quality and effectiveness.
